Tashreeqah Sadien agrees to the exchange or refund of Products purchased and received by the Customer, provided that the following provisions apply:
- Tashreeqah Sadien wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases. We will gladly accept your return of unworn or unaltered merchandise within 7 calendar days from the date delivered.
- You must first contact info@tashreeqahsadien.co.za and request a Returns Authorisation form. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid by the customer. Refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.
- Ensure that the item is returned to us in its original packaging, its original condition, and is unworn. All returned items are subject to a quality control inspection and must be received by our team within 7 days of the date of order.
- Tashreeqah Sadien reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or return.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- If you are approved, then your exchange or return will be processed. In the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
