Checking your order status

Shipping & Delivery
- We offer complimentary express shipping with all Tashreeqah Sadien online orders anywhere in South Africa.
- From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, your parcel will be delivered within 5 business days, note timeframes given are an estimate only.
- Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Tashreeqah Sadien cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.
- Tashreeqah Sadien does not ship to P.O. Boxes and all orders require a signature upon delivery.
- Orders placed with multiple items may ship in multiple packages.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, there may be instances when an item is no longer available. Once an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that this e-mail does not guarantee the availability of the products you selected for purchase. Once stock has been allocated for your order and shipping is processed, you will receive a separate e-mail to inform you that your package has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number.
Order Changes / Cancellations
In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we attend to orders immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort to accommodate your change request; however, once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.
